Update: You can now reorder forms within your Forms File!

Agents can move their documents with ease using our new drag & drop feature to arrange their documents in a way that makes sense to them and speeds up their workflow.

• Ability to drag & drop to reorder forms - Reordering the forms can be done once the forms are brought into an envelope. Reordering on the file page is on our development roadmap.
• Ability to edit a form template and have it apply/re-apply to any file once that template is selected again. It would "replace" previous settings. - This is also on our roadmap.
• Ability to “Select All” forms when creating an envelope - right now it requires individual form selection - If you select one file, then hold down the Shift button on your keyboard and select the last form, it will select all.
  
  

ENVELOPES / Feature Requests:

• Once a user creates an envelope - it’s a one way street to finishing. I had 9 forms in place and forgot I needed another one, but I could only exit out of the entire envelope - loosing any signatures or form editing I just did, essentially having to start over. Not seeing a way to save the envelope, exit  out then possibly add or remove forms to/from that same envelop - then resume editing with previous edits in place. - Draft envelopes are also on our roadmap.
• Ability to place signatures with date box simultaneously - once both are "placed" onto the form - the ability to move each field separately would be great (similar to CAR forms) - Also on our roadmap.
• Ability to set the default outgoing email message once, instead of editing it every time. - I've documented this feedback for our DigiSign team to review.
• Blue Color for form copy/content - the typewriter font is ok, but an option for the font color helps the form copy/data stand out when reviewing. - I've also noted this item for our Forms team.
