Hello,

I keep getting an endless loop when I try to sign in to comment on a suggestion. I signed in, it took me to back to SkySlope from the support page, I opened the Support page and was told I had to sign in--and back around again several times. I wanted to comment on the suggestion that there is a need to be able to print forms.  I agree.

There is a need to be able to both print and download blank forms. Some clients want to see the blank forms they will be signing before they are sent to them to DigiSign. Blank forms are great for training new brokers. Sometimes a broker/agent needs to have a paper form to fill out instead of an electronic form. We have a broker with health issues, who fills everything out by hand and then someone else types everything into SkySlope from his handwritten forms. Without the ability to save and print blank forms he will have to retain a subscription to another forms provider.

Why is this still an issue? I just wasted almost an hour running in circles on your platform because I was sure that there was a way to do this. I don't want to have to create an entire transaction for every listing appointment I go to. I like to have a blank listing agreement with me for when I sit down with a potential new client. You should never go to a listing appointment without a listing agreement in hand. I'm sorry, but telling the client that you'll send them a listing agreement after you leave or typing it up while you're in the appointment is not efficient or a good sales technique. There needs to be the ability to print a blank form. I feel like there used to be this option. I am pretty sure I've done it before, but I could be mistaking my old e-signing system which definitely did have this feature. I may just go back to that.

I totally agree. One of the 'hang ups' with this software is that you have to download before you can do just basic functions...too time consuming and too many steps! There are times when I have to handwrite forms rather than type them...I just want a basic print feature on this program...pull up the form and PRINT without downloading or any water marks....why is this so difficult???

I agree it would be helpful. I made up a sample pre-listing packet with a sample listing agreement in it and it would have been nice to watermark "draft". In any case, I downloaded a PDF of a blank form and printed it that way. Not the most efficient, but it got the job done.

Being able to print or download blank forms has been a huge issue with our agents as well. I work as a compliance officer and we have 800 agents in our brokerage. I have had a large amount of calls and emails asking for this feature as well as confusion as to how to navigate the site. While I know this is new and your help team is great at assisting agents and have also provided amazing tutorials, this oversite I think has caused a bulk of the confusion at least with our agents. It would be helpful to have an option to view, print, and download a form from the library list without having to force the agent to create a transaction envelope and add the form first. Even if an agent intends to migrate to using Skyslope Forms from their old platform, this will take time. And as the above commenter noted, some agents and clients still prefer hard copies at least on some documents. Any updates to this feature would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
