Our Skyslope is under Jennifer Rice, but my name is Lori and I handle all of the documentation for our Property Management Group. At this time, Skyslope Forms is not very Property Management friendly. Here are my observations/suggestions:

1. It would help greatly to have more than "Tenant" and "Landlord" as signer options. If there was an option for "Property Manager" or even "Other" that would be very helpful! We do not use Escrow/Title/Loan Officers or Buyer/Seller Agent, since we represent the Landlord in renting out their property.

2. More signer groups are needed. Unless it has changed, there were only 4 signer groups available. We very often have 3 Tenants and 2 Landlords that need to sign, plus our Property Manager signing for things like Lead Based Paint Disclosures. It is helpful to have the email go to one signer a time.

3. We use our own Addenda and it would be great to have the ability to create and apply a template for an outside document as we can currently do in DigiSign.

4. The ability to edit an envelope after it has been sent. Sometimes I have to add an additional document after I have already sent documents out, but prior to them being signed.

Hi Lori,

Ryan from the Product team here at SkySlope.

Love all your suggestions and they make sense. I have a couple follow up questions but ultimately this is really good feedback! I can see how some changes would make property management easier to work with in Forms.

1. The Contacts in Forms sync over to the transaction management side if they match up & determine the signing blocks mapped on each form. With new contact types such as "Property Manager" is there any functionality you would expect that to include or is having accurate contact names the most important thing to consider?

2. Can you explain the value of having the tenants sign 1 at a time? Typically, that would slow down the process if signer 1 doesn't sign quickly as you have many downstream. Having signing approvals afterwards does make sense though!

3. Having templates included makes sense and our DigiSign team is looking in that. Is that addenda included in your broker library? If so we can apply a template for you.

4. Good feedback on adding a doc and resending/correcting. Will share with our DigiSign team!

Edit: Lori, I checked with our DigiSign team and this feature (to add a doc and resend an envelope) is included in our new version of DigiSign to be rolled out this year!
