Requesterany additional provisions paragraph specifically in paragraph 30. of the CBS1 - the writable area within the addition should be up to a page long.

RequesterGood luck i have been complaining about this for over a year. They dont seem to care or understand the use of contracts and that not all properties fit in small boxes and have not made any changes to these areas (i sent a full list of contracts we use over 10 of them) to allow for the most options for us to negotiate for the consumer. it is so rediculous

RequesterI agree with the previous comment. I typically will have about 1/3 to a half page of additional provisions in my CBS1. Do Not WANT a separate addendum. Likewise, need additional length in additional provisions in the Exclusive Right To Buy and Exclusive Right to Sell agreements. Other systems do not have a character limit on these fields.

In this section, is text in paragraph 30 usually the same length as a one page addendum?
Would you prefer the text shrink to fit within this section? Or would you prefer it be moved to a separate addendum?
In other systems, did you also experience a character limit on this specific section?
