Hello! Is there an update on when agents may be able to have personal clause libraries? Many agents/teams have standard verbiage they use so that would be a great time saver. Thank you!

We're excited to share that we do now support Broker & Library Clauses! You can get more information by watching this tutorial.

If you're an agent wanting to use personal clauses, those are not yet available. However, if your broker has standard clauses for all agents to leverage, we can upload those. Your broker or brokerage admin can reach out to their SkySlope Customer Success Manager and have them uploaded so that you can use them on your next form file.

I see this option has not been added yet? I use my "clause library" daily and would love to see that as an option before I was to switch over from zipforms to skyslope

We would also like this feature. I have clauses that I provide to my brokers and they have clauses they use that I have approved. Example: "The Buyer shall have thirty (30) days from the date of execution of formal contract to perform inspections and examine the records of the Property. In the event that Seller does not provide the inspection items specified in the contract, within five (5) days of the date of execution, then Buyer’s inspection period and Closing date as specified below will extend one additional day for each day of delay."
