We need a feature within SkySlope that takes the MLS Input sheet data and populates the MLS to create a listing - this will undoubtedly help with all our productivity.

To make sure I understand, you are suggesting that there be an integration with the MLS Form (e.g. MLS Residential Input Form) so that when that forms is submitted to the MLS that it also creates a listing in SkySlope?
