RequesterWhen assigning multiple tasks to an agent, if the notification for "EMAIL ME IF I'M ASSIGNED A NEW TASK" is turned on in that agent's account settings, they will receive a SINGLE email for each new task.
This can be especially cumbersome when importing Task templates with MANY tasks.
An alternative functionality could be to send ONE email at the end of the day, or beginning of the next day, that shows all assigned tasks for that day. This may be similar to the "EMAIL ME A DAILY SUMMARY OF TODAY'S TASKS AND OVERDUE TASKS" but that notification is for tasks that are due that day and overdue tasks, but not tasks that were just assigned.
