Emailing Out of a Property File, TO field

When typing in the TO field to email out of a property file, the only searchable criteria to pull email addresses from the user's directory are the first and last name.

It would be beneficial if this could be expanded to include, at the very least, Company names as well to help users email to parties that may be part of the same company but the user may not remember their names.
