As a user with a stand alone transaction, I need to be told why selecting Listing Sold as the Type is incorrect

When a user has a stand alone transaction (with no corresponding listing in the system) selects Listing Sold as the Type a modal appears telling them they need to convert it from their listing. But there is no listing so it takes them to the Manage Listings page.

the main issue that users run into is they click Create Transaction 1st (without ever doing the Listing) get to the Listing Sold part and click the Convert button. They are then taken to the Manage Listings page and the information they input in is gone.

Messaging should tell me that the correct Type for a stand alone transaction in SkySlope is Sold.
