As an integration partner user, I want the feed to reflect the Closed Date, even when updated, and not permanently show the Actual Closed Date

Issue: 
In SkySlope the Actual Closing date can only be entered at the time the file is closed. The user clicks the "Escrow Now Closed" button and a modal comes up asking for the Actual Closing Date. There isn't a place for this to be mapped in the XML feed to BrokerWolf, (we assume) Broker Sumo, and (we assume) Profit Power. What happens now is the close date will show what is entered in SkySlope's Closing Date up until the file is closed and the Actual Closing Date is entered. Then the Actual Closing Date will show as the close date in the feed. Even if the Closing Date is updated in SkySlope after the fact, the Actual Closing Date remains.

Steps to Recreate: 
1. Have a pending transaction with a Closing Date set
2. Close the transaction and select a different Actual Closing Date using the modal that is only available at that time
3. Note that the Actual Closing Date shows in the feed instead of the Closing Date now
