CreateDirectory.aspx doesn't allow you to upload a CVS for "Upload Multiple Contacts" if there isn't a first and last name

Issue:
Users are not able to upload a CVS sheet for "Upload Multiple Contacts" in CreateDirectory.aspx unless each contact contains a first and last name

Workaround:
You can enter "N/A" into each cell

Have tried all other avenues available from the front end including:

• Tried with first and last name - Worked
• Tried without first and last name - Failed

Steps to Recreate:

• Log into SkySlope
• Click on your name in the top right hand corner
• Go to My Account
• Go to Directory (CreateDirectory.aspx)
• Click "Upload Multiple Contacts"
• Upload a CVS mimicking the requirements and then upload one without first and last names

Examples:
User:[email protected]

SC:
As a user, I would like to upload a CVS file that contains title companies. Having the first and last name required doesn't allow me as user to upload the CVS sheet.
