I guess there isn't a native PDF viewer on some Android phones so you may need to suggest the following:

The agent has a Motorola Droid phone with “Browser” as the default internet browser that his email accounts go to. This “Browser” browser was not allowing the DigiSign document to download to the phone correctly, so when we would try to open the file, it would say it was damaged. As a work around, we used Google Chrome and logged into SkySlope, went to the DigiSign Inbox, and downloaded the Document from there.

To make the email default to Google Chrome for email web links, instead of defaulting to “Browser” they had him go into the “Browser” browser and clear the history, cache, and cookies / site data, and then the next time he clicked on a web link from an email, it asked him which browser he wanted to use and he was able to set Chrome as his default browser.
