We use cookies to try and give you a better experience in Freshdesk.
You can learn more about what kind of cookies we use, why, and how from our Privacy policy. If you hate cookies, or are just on a diet, you can disable them altogether too. Just note that the Freshdesk service is pretty big on some cookies (we love the choco-chip ones), and some portions of Freshdesk may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We’ll also assume you agree to the way we use cookies and are ok with it as described in our Privacy policy, unless you choose to disable them altogether through your browser.

RequesterThere is an issue with Mail and Macs. Mail embeds the attachments in to the email message section instead of the email attachment section. This is why when a user sends multiple docs to a property address from Mail, the attachments join together and create this unreadable pdf. This is something that only occurs on Mail so if he used something else like Thunderbird, Inky, or just a normal Gmail account from the web, he'd be fine.
In order to get passed this on Mail, he needs to download something called Attachment Tamer ( http://lokiware.info/Attachment-Tamer). Attachment Tamer adds itself to the Options section of Mail so it isn't invasive at all, and it makes it so that it makes attachments go in the attachment section and not the message section.
Once downloaded and installed, he will be asked if he'd like to use the free trial, use a code, or purchase the program. He can use this code and will never be asked about this in the future: 53219G83
