When we ask people to do join me sessions, this is what they see on their end.
In Firefox, you are prompted to save the file and then you have to open it to run from the downloads folder.
Internet Explorer prompts you to run or save the file. When you select run, it says it's downloading and then the session starts.
Chrome on both PC and Mac downloads Join Me at the bottom of the browser window. Once you double click the joinme.exe, the session opens.
Safari automatically sends Join Me to the downloads folder. You can open the file in the downloads from the doc or the finder.
Edge loads to the bottom of the window, then prompts you to run. Click run and a tool bar will appear with 4 orange icons. The first icon with the monitor in it will share the user's screen.
