RequesterI don't know who came up with the idea of automatic split and assign doesn't do a lot of document handling. We handle about 150 agents and when we are adding documents to the checklist it takes twice as long to split and assign. It is more aggravating than it is useful.

Is the reason it takes twice as long to add documents to checklist because the documents are being split incorrectly? Have you noticed any trends on what kinds of documents are split incorrectly?
