Please add simple solutions to make agent's lives easier: drag and drop WITHIN the documents file, a checkbox on the Listing Checklist to be able to email or print, and add a FAQ/Troubleshooting "section" for common issues (that you know about) that help agents to troubleshoot quickly -- emphasis on quickly.  Most of us don't have the time, nor the desire to watch a bunch of videos (nice), but the reality is we usually need help under time pressure. If you made these three improvements above, agents would be thrilled!

p.s.  I have asked many times over several years for the above.  Your tech support is always helpful, but it would be nice to have a "cheat sheet." Thank you.
