This may be a broker/Admin issue: It would be helpful if the Disclosure Checklist was arranged in some sort of logical order like alphabetical, chronological (categories such as Escrow docs) or CAR form number. I find myself spending a lot of time searching up and down the list trying to find certain disclosures on the list. Also, it would be helpful when "spliting" Disclosures if the program knew the official CAR form abbreviations. You have to start typing in a few letters and it makes suggestions in a dropdown list. I am not always certain what it wants me to name each item. It would be helpful if the disclosure names used the official CAR abbreviations in the beginning and long name after.

Larry, this is done at the office/admin level. Your office can rearrange the list anyway they choose and can also incorporate the CAR abbreviations in the names so that when you 'split' a document and name it 'TDS' for example, the checklist item pops up.
