I have another system I use which allows me to insert number of days for contingencies, then it calculates the date based on the contract acceptance date and notifies me when it is due. It is very useful and would be great in skyslope.

This system has that feature. It's great and the reminders are super! You can dictate the days after a certain event happens to remind you of when the task needs to be completed. I love the daily emails reminding me of the tasks due that day.

Yes! This would be very helpful for me too. I had a former system that provided this feature, and it was a huge help. You plug in the acceptance date, and then in setting up your system, you would type in the number of days for each contingency (inspection, appraisal and loan), and then it would create a task for these three items, and provide you with reminders.
