Adding Custom Folders to Listings

Having the Ability to Add Folders to Listings just like how custom folders can be added to Transactions would make relisting way easier. If we could add a custom folder to listings then we could keep the expired or terminated listings within the same file. Currently we either have to unassign and rename the expired or terminated contracts or create a completely new file and move over all the rest of the paperwork that is still valid making it much harder to track the listing contracts and much easier to miss paperwork
