I spent 30 in Corporate, with technology and consulting companies. Skyslope has one of the most chaotic app structures I've ever seen.
My brokerage uses Skyslope, Forms and Digisign.
1) We create a listing or transaction in skyslope, but creating a transaction or listing in Skyslope doesn't create a mirror "File" in Forms, nor does it carry to Forms all the info you already typed into the listing or transaction.
2) Skyslope has checklists for listings and transactions. It's the logical starting point, and the necessary blank forms for the correspondent checklist items should be right there, at the checklist, and we should be able to select all these blank forms, to be filled in Forms.
3) Both Forms and DigiSign have envelopes. Envelopes should be at DigiSign only.
4) Both Forms and DigiSign have forms. Forms should be in Forms only.
5) There should be an "Edit" option for non-editable PDF documents befoes we have to click "prepare signature". There are several instances where we still need to fill a PDF form, which unfortunately was not designed as a fillable PDF.
