RequesterPlease stop prompting our agents to enable features that we are not interested in having on a brokerage level. We have a brokerage account that we pay for on behalf of our agents. Individual agents should not be prompted to turn on items that we have not turned on at a brokerage level. There also isn't an option for them to decline. It just says to enable or turn on later. That makes agents feel like they will be forced to do so anyway. Once these services are enabled, such as utility connect, skyslope sends emails to our clients without the agent knowing. The agent then gets asked by their client about an email they just received from them and the agent is all confused because they didn't send their client an email...skyslope did so automatically. It's extremely frustrating and is designed in a way to make agents accidently enable features.

RequesterYes, please turn these off! We have the toggle button when setting up a Buyer file so please stop the pop ups to add the features we do not wish to have!
