RequesterWhen canceling a file for a Buyer representation, can we be given an option during the canceling process to revert the Buyer Broker Agreement back to the "pre-contract" phase?

RequesterAlong those same lines, if this was considered a different file type, these would be easier to audit. Right now we have so many Pre Contract files mixed in with Transaction Files under Contract, many of which are expired or need attention and there isn't a good way to manage those. It would also be VERY helpful if there was an Expiration Date associated with the file. Agents are submitted their BBA and other Pre Contract Documents, but NOTHING prompts them or the audit team to review the file to cancel out when the BBA has expired.

RequesterAgree. This could be a feature similar to the way it works when we cancel a contract for a seller. We are asked something alone the line of "do you want to reactive this listing, yes or no".
For the buyer broker agreement, we could be asked, "Would you like to return the buyer to "pre-contract" status?

RequesterAgree this needs to be an option but currently I don't think it is. Skyslope consider both a "Pre-Contract" and file with a Contract to be a "Transaction". That's why Skyslope needs to make the Pre-Contract file a separate category, like a listing file is.
