Background/Use Case:
I'll start by saying that my team is new to Skyslope (transitioning from Transaction Desk).  In my role, I manage the overall operation of the team, and work with the transaction coordinator who directly works within SS.  We currently have a total of 26 listings/transactions active.  There are obviously a lot of details associated with each one.  We stay on top of all of the action items by meeting daily/weekly to progress listing and transaction status.  I want to create a dashboard for all current listings & Transactions to facilitate fast/easy progress tracking. In the current situation, I need to open each SS file individually in order to see status, then close that file and open another one.  It's rather slow and clunky. Ultimately a high level  check list of tasks showing what is/not complete - at a glance is what would enable us to communicate well and act quickly.  
We are really impressed by what SS has to offer, and it seems to me that all of the foundation for the high level view I'm desiring exists in the system.  If this is correct, we'd really like to see this functionality in the system.  I would assume that brokers and larger teams would also see this as a big plus.  If this already exists, I would love to know more about this.  Based on my interaction with support, I do not believe this exists yet.  Please advise!
 
What we need:
- for both Listings and Transactions for the Pellegrini Group
- a spreadsheet format of each listing/transaction that makes it easy for me to manage/track status at a high level
 
I'm more than happy to work with the appropriate people as SS to define requirements.  I hope this helps!
