"View as" or "act as" agent option for staff

Staff are often tasked with supporting agents and answering their SkySlope questions. Staff's view of the platform does not look like what an agent sees. Adding a "View as" or "act as" agent option for staff would be incredibly helpful. I also teach online for a University, and many LMSs have this feature. We would need this on all parts of the SkySlope platform, including Forms and Digisign.

YES YES YES!!! I just made a suggestion for this exact thing. Admin access to Brokerage agent accounts would be incredible rather than trusting they are telling us what they are seeing, or that updates are completed as requested without having to wait for agent to access.
