Hi team, something we've noticed in using the new Buyer Representation workflow (thank you for that) is that when we convert it to a Pending file with an accepted contract, is that the Pre-Contract checklist disappears and the paperwork that had been Approved is now unassigned and needs to be re-assigned and re-approved.
My hope is that it can work like a Listing that is converted to a Pending file, in that the Pre-Contract checklist stays intact, just like Listing paperwork does.
It would also be helpful to have the Pending file be able to be reverted to a Pre-Contract file if the file is cancelled, just like a Listing can be reactivated.

It should have a similar workflow to listings.

Yes! Completely address. There is another thread dealing with this issue. I honestly think they don't care. I don't see any acknowledgement.
Yes, please make this a priority. It is very hard to keep track of the Pre-Contract files with the way they are currently set up. There is no way to track when a buyer agency agreement expires, you can't revert it back to a pre-contract file, it shows all these items due/missing because it has to use the same checklist as a transaction file even though the buyer doesn't have something under contract.
