RequesterYes, please make this a priority. It is very hard to keep track of the Pre-Contract files with the way they are currently set up. There is no way to track when a buyer agency agreement expires, you can't revert it back to a pre-contract file, it shows all these items due/missing because it has to use the same checklist as a transaction file even though the buyer doesn't have something under contract.
