RequesterThe way your system notifies admin of documents ready to be reviewed for compliance is infuriating. I use grouping in my email so that all similar conversations are grouped, this way I don't respond to an email that someone else may have already responded to. However, in doing this, I get an email from SkySlope that may contain 100+ emails within it for documents that have been uploaded. And then I end up getting several because whatever time break it changes it starts a new email. And if I'm in the middle of checking documents from one of those emails and someone uploaded a new one it kicks me to the most recent email received and I have to scroll back down to find where I left off. The fact that it groups every single document for every single file into 1 email is insane. We recently moved from Dotloop and I can tell you that while I do really like a lot of the features in SkySlope, Dotloop has you beat in this hands down. I get an email for each FILE that has documents submitted on it. So if one agent submits 10 documents on 1 file, I get 1 email for that one address/file telling me that docs were uploaded. Not 10 emails. You really need to get away from the generic "No Reply New Document Uploaded" and have it notify per address instead. I'm trying to figure out how I can bypass this and still keep grouping on in my email, but have it separate they SkySlope Notifications. We check files in the order they come in and right now this is extremely difficult when I have 1 email containing 100+ emails within it. I can't be the only person who uses email grouping to make their inbox more efficient. You've really got to look into how the notifications are sent. Even just give us the option to toggle on something that would separate them by file not send everything.
