RequesterWith the coming changes and being that Agents now need a Buyers Agency to show there should be a way to create a Buyers Agency only file. This file could then create to a Transaction when a Buyers offer gets accepted similar to Listing to Transaction.

RequesterMultiple times in this process of finally creating buyer files, your customers have told you you should make it exactly like a listing file. But you did not. You have created a system where real estate agents need to know in advance what kind of property their client is going to buy. Here in Oregon, they even need to know which form set they're going to use in advance. That's not the way real estate works. It should be like a listing file, where once I click the button to add a transaction, that's when I get an opportunity to choose which transaction checklist I need to be using. I might be able to create one checklist for every single type of residential real estate our clients might want to buy, but it's not going to be possible for me to create one checklist that includes both form sets. What is your solution?

AgentHi Gabriela!
Eric from the Product team here. Thanks for providing this feedback. We've got an exciting update on the way that will provide agents the ability to create pre-contract files, so that they can collect and share those buyer agreements with their brokers. This will also allow for the agent to move that pre-contract file into the next stage of the lifecycle once an offer has been accepted.
We have already begun sharing details with customers in-app and via email, but if you'd like to get a 1:1 walkthrough and share feedback with us, please book some time with me here.
