Required Transaction Fields

It would be super helpful if admins had control of what is required information for our agents to start a room. In our state, we can't yet utilize features that include opening escrow from the room, so we don't need to know things like the escrow officer's name. It slows our agents down when creating their room, which then slows down our accounting process.
