Would like the ability to print from a template without creating an entire file for a prospect

I would like the ability to print  a document that is within a template when the need arises.  Sometimes I don't want to create an entire file for a possible prospect, who may not become a client and then I can't delete it later on by myself. Just clogs up my space and my screen.
