Reactivating Listing Error

There is an error that keeps happening when the admin staff go to cancel a sales file where the agent is representing the listing side. It no longer asks if you wish to keep the listing active even though the listing expiration date is still valid and has not expired yet. I then have to go to the cancelled transaction section and click reactivate listing. A message pops up stating that the listing file needs the expiration date updated. However when I search for the listing file it shows as active not expired and the listing date is fine. This has happened on EVERY file that I've had to cancel the sales side. I've chatted with the support team and the only thing they can tell me is to message in before it happens. This is a big flaw in the system and does not work anymore. I wish this would be addressed and fixed.
