PLEASE - why can't we keep the old dashboard for agents.  Agents are getting frustrated as well as Admin.

I am on boarding new agents and the new dashboard is not helpful at all.  I am having to watch the tutorial they told me to watch just to assist the new agents. 

PLEASE What ever you do - do not change the ADMIN DASHBOARD.  We do not like the new system.

Also on a side note the new log in is becoming very frustrating.  I say remember me so I do not have to go through all this verification process and still it will not remember my login.  There was nothing wrong with the original sign in.

You guys had a great system and we loved it but you keep changing things and make a lot of us agents plus admin really frustrated with all the changes you are making.  PLEASE STOP.

If this continues we may need to look for another company that will be more user friendly because right now that is not where SKYSLOPE is.  I suggested your company to my Brokerage back in 2019. 

Frustrating!!!

Totally agree. As a person with back end and front end user development, the new Skyslope dashboard is not user friendly, the side pop out is unnecessary, showing transactions and files that are not needed or in use makes no sense. Using a transaction software should be simple and not crowded with options and stats that constantly open up when you scroll. We are trying to input data not win a website design contest. We need a simple and clear dashboard, not bells and whistles that become annoyances because it is crowded. Takes more than 3 clicks to get to what I need to get to. Go back to the old dashboard. Look at any major top business software that has stood the test of time, its clean and simple.

TC (transaction coordinator) here...I detest the new dashboard.  There is nothing efficient about this process, it takes so much longer to do any...ANY thing.

Agreed! The new dashboard is awful. My team leader is losing her mind. Just put it back. And the new authentication features are not helpful.

Totally agree!!  Having the two step process for signing in is a step backwards.  You went from a one step to a two step process.
