The agent accounts recently got a new dashboard and I understand through chat that there are not plans to change the Admin dashboard. I have many agents come to me as the office manager (or to their assistant who also has admin account) needing help because they can't find something, but since we still have the old one we can't even help them. It is super frustrating for them and us. I personally don't love the idea of going to a new dashboard myself, but if it means that I can assist my agents better, I would. It's too hard to have them different.

The new layout is just terrible. It's reminiscent of Windows and Facebook contantly making things "better". Which apparently translate to IT and marketing as "can't find anything or get the system to do what I want, is slower, and has bugs". Did I mention it's terrible?

I am with you. I am on boarding new agents and the new dashboard is not helpful at all. I am having to watch the tutorial they told me to watch just to assist the new agents.
PLEASE - why can't we keep the old dashboard for agents. Agents are getting frustrated as well as Admin.
