RequesterHas Skyslope planned to develop an 'Active Buyer' tab similar to the 'Active Listings' tab for the agent/broker to manage all of the buyer's agreements and forms associated with the file prior to an offer being accepted?

RequesterI should add that I do see the new tab in the form section to approve a buyer agency agreement and that is a good start. However, in SC, agents should also be getting a SC Disclosure of Brokerage Relationships form signed at the same time as the Buyer Agency Agreement. This is why having an active buyer section in Skyslope is critical because that form could be turned in too. Agents might also be getting compensation agreements signed prior to showing a listing. All of these documents need to be turned into the office.

RequesterCan Skyslope please comment on this? With the new NAR changes going into effect in August, we need a way for agents to turn in signed Buyer Agency Agreements prior to actually having a ratified contract. It is my understanding that some of your competitors offer an in-between stage like this. I appreciate you adding the Buyer agency form as a quick tab in forms, but there is no way for agents to turn it in if they don't have a ratified contract.
