Issue adding title & also logging out

When updating the contacts tab while creating a new file you now have to ender something for all 3 title options.  It will not save and go to the next tab without saving something for each of the 3 title options.  Is that the new normal?  

Also, I cannot logout from the new home screen.  I have to click into a file and then logout to actually log out.  Kind of annoying but wondering if this is a bug that can be worked out.
