RequesterIf the Broker/Manager rejects an item on an agent checklist, the agent receives a notification. I, as the Office Admin, DO NOT receive a notification of the rejected item. I am the individual that needs to do the follow-up with the agents. Is there a way you can add this to the Admin notification portal?

RequesterI believe that the agents are notified. I am an admin and don't receive the notifications so I can follow up with the agents to keep our listings and transactions compliant. This should be a feature of the system.

RequesterDo your agents get notifications when an item is rejected? I have been trying to set this up for my agents and cannot find the setting.
