Converting Files

When we start our listing using your templates, the file is assigned an email address right away, so when all parties sign the docs, they return to their folder.  It would be nice to have a place to click to convert the forms for the listing into an actual listing.  We do not have to download the forms to our computer, create the listing, and then upload them again.  If that cannot be done, then maybe we should not store our signed documents here or utilize them and store them in Google Drive until the file is ready to be listed, and then we can sync this to Google to bring the forms over.  We in Oregon get to list the property as a Coming Soon up to 21 days before it goes live.  The file is given an MLS#, shaving it somewhere we can keep building on would be nice.
