Buyer Broker Agreement

With the new buyer broker agreement it would be helpful to be able to add a new buyer like a new listing so an agent can open a file and get a skyslope email address going with a client prior to creating a new purchase.  This could be converted to a transaction once the buyer is in escrow.  It would allow for saving the Buyer Broker Agreement and ease of documenting conversations with buyers who are now contractually obligated to the agent.
