RequesterWhen staff review the items in the checklist, yes, there's a comment section that agents and staff can see and communicate in; however, I would like to suggest that there be an internal comment box so that staff can leave comments/questions for themselves/contract review/managers can review and communicate in. This box would not be seen by the agents. It would help a big deal for escalation issues, and the communication would be directly in the file.
