RequesterHello,
I'd like to suggest adding a calendar tab to the transactions section of Skyslope. Previously we used applications like Basecamp which allowed us visibility to a calendar for one transaction / or all transactions/listings at the same time.
I use the transactions checklist to plan our work.
Springtime is a Realtor's busiest time of the year and keeping all information in SkySlope is very helpful. A calendar for planning purposes would be appreciated and a good bit of kit!
Thak you.

RequesterWith the new regulations coming to the real estate industry this July that will be requiring Buyer Brokerage Agreements signed up front prior to meeting a buyer to show homes will Skyslope be able to create a new Transaction field where agents can upload these agreements? It is important for Brokers to have an easy time to access these documents. Future state would be for us to be able to then create a transaction for Buyer from that Buyer Brokerage agreement much like we do with Listing agreements from active to sold. My brokerage here in Phoenix will be requiring not only the buyer brokerage agreement but the Buyer Advisory and Buyer Agency at the same time prior to showing homes, so having a place to put these forms and access them would be incredibly beneficial.
