I have requested to be able to break-out the PENDING list by Agent Listings in PENDING versus Agent Buyers in PENDING. The field already exists Listing / Buyer - to be able to separate would create a more productive list for our agents as we like to post the name of the agent in the Listing / Buyer reports. We now have to do that manually.
