Default Contacts for all transactions

Hi! We would like to have the option to have default contacts for all our of agents in our office. These are people that agents are in contact in most of their transactions if not all of them. Like the broker for the office, the escrow holder, the title company, etc so these don't have to type in every time there is a transaction. We have many different offices and each office has their own staff (broker, escrow holder, title company contact, etc). 

Already contacted support via email and they instructed us to send this suggestion.
