RequesterHi there! I review all files and approve all disbursements for our brokerage. Is there a way that I can be assigned to all our agents files as the Assigned Reviewer? I logged in this morning to find that all the pending files have disappeared from the documents to review section. Or is there a way that our brokerage can opt out of this option?
