I recently started using Skyslope and came across a situation where 2 agents in the same brokerage double ended a deal each represented a different side and only ONE file was created not allowing the buyer agent to view the transaction. In CA brokers are required to have 2 separate transactions when 2 agents are representing 2 different clients. A feature should be set in place when a file is created a second transaction for the agent representing the other party be created and allow ALL transaction docs to be dropped in one folder and syndicating to the other (management can set the rule for what files are allowed to transfer over to the secondary file). This will allow for brokers to remain in compliance while agents are still able to access documents and be a lot more efficient then created a complete new file manually and uploading documents in 2 files. This still allows the seller and buyer documents to remain confidential. When it was the same agent representing both sides only ONE transaction was created.
