the system does not have designated fields for timelines such as Loan, Appraisal and inspection contingencies. This will be a valuable feature when you have transaction coordinators who handles your files and you would like quick overview of your times-frames (especially if after hours) .

A great place for this would be under the Transaction tab as this section already includes the acceptance, price etc.
