In light of the recent changes in the industry, a buyer representation input icon is a "must-have" moving forward. A buyer representation agreement is a contract much like a listing agreement and needs to be reviewed and retained by the broker team like any other contract. I suggest adding a "buyer representation" tab much like the listing icon but containing buyer information and with the ability to be converted to a transaction. I found the following suggestion from several years ago that does a great job of explaining what is needed.
Buyer Representation File Management - URGENT
"We are having a serious problem within our brokerage of keeping track of Buyer representation forms and rejected offers and other communications. We need a way to keep track of them within skyslope, other than creating a mock transaction for them. It ruins our reports if we have 100 pending transactions, but only 80 of them are real because the other 20 are actually just people shopping around, and not actual transactions.
Ideally, we'd like to have a Buyer/Broker feature not unlike a listing. That is to say you'd have a "Create Buyer Rep File" button, and you'd put in your buyer's information just like you'd put in a listing, and attach your Buyer represenation form in the checklist. Then, when you got an accepted offer, you could convert the Buyer Representation into a Transaction and add an MLS number, and it would then go through like a normal Sale file.
We have quite a few busy agents and are only going to continue to grow. To stay within compliance and keep Skyslope useful to our agents, this feature is absolutely necessary."

Yes, I just came here to comment about this. This comment is a month old, where is Skyslope at in implementing this?

Hi Kitsey,
Tyler from the Product team here at SkySlope. Thank you for bringing this up. With all of the recent events happening we have been thinking internally about how to best provide a solution. Thank you for the feedback, I will pass this along to the team. Would you be open to talking with our team in the future about this as well as other features?
