When will this be fixed? The link doesnt work at all. So it's totally useless. Been that way for months. Unacceptable for this to take so long.

Have sent over screenshots, videos…keep getting told “we know about it and working on it” but nothing gets done

When you click on the task and reminders link, sometimes it opens up, sometimes it doesn’t and just goes round and round. When it does open up, it won’t let you click on templates it just goes round and round. If it eventually does open up the templates part, it won’t let you share a template. Again, just continues to load and never actually does.
Have had several others try from different computers and they are the same
