RequesterFiles that are no longer active, meaning canceled or withdrawn should not pop up on the files to audit. If a file canceled, there should be a prompt to remove from audit or another alternative. Some files can cancel multiple times and having to do audits over the same files creates more work and very inefficient. I recommend creating a prompt to remove from audit and allow a section to add any required forms needed to confirm file is fully canceled (ex. fully executed cancellation between seller and buyer).

Yes, I am still seeing the the canceled files when using the Quick Audit. Since the file is canceled and only 1-2 documents are required to fully cancel a file the checklist items are no longer relevant therefore should not be left to still audit.
