It appears that when creating an email to send on the documents tab, the autofill does not access the contacts for that file first. If I put in a common name such as David or John, it provides suggested parties to autofill the email addresses that are not associated with the contact list in that file. Is it possible to have the autofill grab the parties in the contact list for that file that match the input first?

Absolutely, I have a large database that has become unmanageable. Too easy to send to the wrong John or Kaitlyn. choice should be limited to those in the transaction
