Requester

As I renew my E&O Insurance for this upcoming year, they want to know how many files closed that were: Mobile Homes, Referrals, New Homes, etc. Can you please implement a way to search by TYPE of property checklist from the drop-down menu? It would make things very helpful.

Thank you for this additional feedback, Kristina! I'll get this over to our product management team for their review.

Thanks again!

Our E&O also wants to know what percentage had inspections and what percentage had home warranties.  Can you add a field for that as well, so we can get it all from one report.  Or make it so we can have a couple of custom tabs that will show up in the closed transaction report.

It would be helpful if I could run a report and sort the year's transactions by TYPE: whether it is Residential sale, Vacant Land, Mobile Home, New Home, etc based on our selection of checklist type when the file is created. Our E&O Lawyers want to know how many transactions were closed, and what percentage of those were of the type mentioned above.
