Separate Document Status for Agents & Internal Staff

There are checklist items that are "Required" only for internal staff (ex. Broker Demand Copy, Check Copies, etc...) or only for agents (ex. Advisories, Disclosures, etc...). It would be nice to have separate statuses so that each group can work off separate checklists.

Can SkySlope create a "Required-Staff" and "Required-Agent" options for checklist items? With only "Required-Agent" items appearing on an agent's checklist?

We run into this a lot too. Especially with the closing documents. When we close a file and are awaiting closing documents from title, (deed, Signed ALTA, docs, commission checks) the reminder email should not include these for the agent. We are constantly being called by agents about how to get these documents.

To answer the above questions.  I don't know about Troy, but I do know that I need them for EVERY transaction and listing.  There are back office things that need to be tracked as well and adding them to the checklist for regular agents causes a fair bit of teeth gnashing as they get reminders for things that aren't their responsibility to do.
